How we work

Four ways in. Every one of them starts by looking first.

You do not have to know which of these you want. They are here so you can see what the options look like before anyone asks you to choose.

01

Free audit

Find out what is actually wrong

We look at your website, search visibility, email, domain, security and lead capture, then tell you what is working and what is not. You get the findings in writing whether or not anything follows.

Project

One defined problem, one defined scope

A website, an email migration, a CRM setup, a brand identity. Written scope, agreed price, clear end. When it is finished, it is finished — no retainer you have to remember to cancel.

Suits
A specific thing that is broken or missing, where you know roughly what you need.

Managed

Keep a defined part healthy

Hosting, email, backups, monitoring, the website kept current. A defined set of things we are responsible for, month to month, with a stated number of included changes.

Suits
Something already built that needs someone accountable for keeping it working.

Technology Partner

The whole of it, one relationship

Strategy, delivery, maintenance and access to the full range of capability through one accountable relationship. You bring problems as they arise rather than scoping each one as a project.

How the partnership works

On pricing

There is no price list on this website, and that is deliberate.

A business with a broken contact form and a business that needs a whole operations rebuild should not be quoted from the same page. Publishing a starting price would mean either overcharging the first one or underserving the second.

So we look first, tell you what we find, and price the actual work. What we will not do is quote before we understand the problem, or turn a small problem into a large package because the package existed already.

You will always know the price in writing before anything starts. There are no hourly surprises and no scope that quietly grows.

The sequence

What actually happens, in order.

  1. You tell us what is happeningIn your words. Not which service you think you need — what is going wrong.
  2. We look before we answerUsually we have already opened your site and checked a few things before we reply.
  3. You get findings and an order of workWhat to fix first, what can wait, and what you could reasonably do yourself.
  4. We scope what is worth doingIn writing, with what is included and what is explicitly not, before any work starts.
  5. We build, and you keep ownership throughoutDomains, accounts and content stay yours the entire time. We work through delegated access.
  6. You get told what happenedPlain language, monthly, including when something is not working yet.

We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Worth saying out loud

Things we will tell you that a sales process usually will not.

  • When a problem is small enough that you should fix it yourself, and how.
  • When a tool you already pay for does the job, so you do not need anything new.
  • When the thing you asked for is not the thing that is costing you money.
  • When we are not the right people for a piece of work, and who might be.
  • When something we built is not working yet, before you notice.

None of that is generosity. A business that trusts what we say when the answer is "you do not need this" is a business that believes us when we say it does.

Your next move

Not sure which of these you are?

Most people are not, and picking one is not the first step. The audit is — it usually answers the question for you.

We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
